Rest & Restore with Carly
Sunday, June 7th at 6-7pm
Unwind and recharge with a calming blend of gentle yoga, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and soothing sound healing.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class time. Class will begin no later than 6:05pm.
Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, eye mask, or any other props for your comfort!
You will be guided through gentle movement to create space and awareness in the body. After our gentle yoga, we will move into a body scan meditation, where you will be prompted to fully let go of tension and stress in the body. With the calm we create through our meditation, we'll close our class with our crystal bowl sound bath.
Oracle cards will be provided for you to pull from and gain insight.
